Process:
1. FIRST MEETING
This introductory meeting allows us to identify your wishes, your needs, and the story you want to share.
2. DEVELOPING YOUR PROJECT
I will then submit a first draft of your customized project, taking into account your budget, the number of guests, and your expectations, to see if we share the same vision.
3. SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The first deposit confirms our commitment and the start of our collaboration on this wonderful adventure.
4. SELECTING VENUES
I will offer you a selection of venues in line with your vision. Once you have chosen your favorites, we will organize a visit to explore them and make sure they are right for you.
5. DECORATION DESIGN
Layout of the different spaces in collaboration with floral designers.
6. SELECTION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS
I select the most competent service providers (caterer, photographer, videographer, musicians, magician, makeup artist, bartender, etc.).
7. LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
I select accommodation for your guests and arrange transportation if necessary. I also check all the logistics aspects of equipment deliveries and the restoration of the reception venue.
8. COORDINATION ON THE BIG DAY.
On the day of the event, my team and I will be there to orchestrate every detail. You can enjoy your special day with complete peace of mind, while we make sure that every moment is exceptional.
9. AFTER THE WEDDING
I will take care of checking the balances with the service providers, and we will provide feedback on your experience.

CREATION AND ORGANIZATION
After our first meeting, where we will discuss your ideal wedding, the desired atmosphere, and important details, you will have access to a WhatsApp group, as well as secure access to online tools to track the progress of the preparations. You will also have a personalized website that guests can visit for all the necessary information. Flawless organization, with a reverse schedule that includes planning for your wedding week, regular meetings for advice, scheduling interviews with vendors, anticipation, and reports after each stage.
DESIGN
Whatever your desired decorating style—elegant, modern, minimalist, romantic—your project will be carried out in collaboration with a wedding designer and floral designer after a site visit. A mood board will be created so that you can visualize the final result. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail, from the tableware and furniture to the design of the stationery (menu, invitations, etc.).
The reception venue
I will find the perfect venue for your event: a castle, estate, houseboat, hotel, or palace…

I will plan a tasting with the chosen caterer as well as makeup and hairstyle trials for the bride. This will allow you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your choices before the big day.

We work together to set a realistic budget that reflects your priorities and wishes.
I oversee the allocation and monitoring of the budget; I centralize quotes, contracts, and invoices.

I establish a payment schedule to pay each service provider on time.

I will help you manage invitations and track responses. You will also have a personalized website where guests can easily confirm their attendance, find information about accommodations, and other details about this special day.
Transportation will be arranged if needed so that your guests can easily travel between the different locations of your wedding or for transfers from the airport.
Other thoughtful touches are appreciated: knowing about specific dietary requirements, offering activities, giving gifts, and being available with my team to respond to their requests.

Coordination on D-Day
A few days before the wedding, the service providers (such as the caterer, floral designer, DJ, etc.) will receive a schedule for the day with the highlights and their roles. My team and I will ensure that the seating plan, decorations, music, and all other details are taken care of.
We will make sure that everything is in order (setup/teardown of equipment, delivery) and we will be on hand to resolve any issues that may arise, allowing you to enjoy every moment with complete peace of mind.
